Texas Gov. Abbott threatens the pay of legislators over Dems walkout

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said he will prevent lawmakers from being paid hours after Democratic legislators staged a walkout late Sunday to deny Republicans the quorum they needed to pass a sweeping election bill.
